… consisting in particular in the reconstruction of decontamination room No. I, including the processing of the relevant project documentation, the implementation of the reconstruction, delivery and installation of medical technology, medical furniture and related equipment, and the putting into operation of the entire functional unit. Stage I also includes related interventions in other affected areas, including decontamination room II, insofar as they are necessary for the implementation of Stage I and are specified in the technical specification. Stage II covers the remaining complex performance relating to Decontamination Room II to the extent specified in the technical specification, with the exception of works and supplies already carried out in Stage I, and constitutes a reserved modification of the commitment pursuant to Article 2.3 of this tender documentation, which the contracting authority is entitled, not obliged, to use under the conditions laid down in the tender documentation and the contract.
