The subject of the contract is the supply of three types of A4 office paper (quality A, B and C) and one type of A3 office paper (quality A) for printing and copying equipment as specified below (hereinafter also referred to as ‘Goods’) and the provision of related services. The Supplier is obliged to add the individual technical parameters of the Goods offered to Annex 1 to the Tender Document - Specification of Goods, and the Annex added by the Supplier will then form Annex 2 to the Framework Agreement. … Contractor shall amend Annex 1 to the Tender Specifications – Goods Specifications accordingly by inserting a new column with the relevant tables of the Annex. The offer of multiple alternatives to office paper within a category shall not be considered as a variant offer, provided that all the alternatives offered meet the technical parameters and have the same purchase price. In the event that a supplier offers more than one variant of office paper for one category, the central purchasing body shall not exclude the supplier if at least one variant of office paper offered meets the required technical parameters in that category. In such a case, the central purchasing body shall conclude a framework agreement for the supply of only those variants of office paper that meet the required technical parameters. The office paper supplied shall bear the EU Ecolabel, demonstrating that all criteria for the award of the EU Ecolabel have been met in the production of office paper. The supplier shall be entitled to demonstrate compliance with the criteria for the award of the EU Ecolabel by means of another appropriate label certifying that the office paper supplied meets equivalent requirements.
