What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the public contract is the construction of a new Kranioprogram building, which will follow up with a new neck to the existing ‘Parkpavilion’ building, as well as new physiotherapeutic exercises, administration. In the basement of the new building there will be an underground parking space for patients and employees, spaces for backup power sources. Furthermore, the subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the historical part of the building for the use of the vacated space after the operations moved to the new building Kranioprogramu, increasing the capacity of the facilities for personnel, modernization of the operating space and building modifications necessary for the communication interconnection of the two buildings.
