The MKB service will be provided with professional care and in a quality corresponding to the position of the contracting authority as a provider of a regulated service in the regime of higher obligations. The minimum requirements for the subject-matter of the contract are defined by the technical and commercial conditions set out in this tender documentation, in particular in Annexes No 1 – specification of the subject-matter of the contract and No 2 – draft contract for the provision of services by the cybersecurity manager.
