What the buyer is looking for
The subject-matter of the tendering procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the Act. The subject of the public contract is the supply of 10 pcs (ten pieces) of buses of type Standard (Sd) intended for public transport, which the contracting authority as a carrier operates under the Prague Integrated Transport (PID) system. Buses are required by the contracting authority to be delivered in the standard applicable to vehicles used within the PID system, i.e., inter alia, in the specified uniform appearance and with elements of passenger information, with elements for passenger handling and other mandatory technical equipment of the vehicle certified for operation in the PID, all in accordance with the technical specification, which forms Annex 4 to the tender documentation and which will form an annex to the concluded framework…
