The investment action is divided into a total of three separate contracts – Infrastructure, Energy and Security Equipment, which form a functional whole. The subject of the Public Contract is also the provision of cooperation relating to the Work or its parts, for the duration of the Contract for the Provision of Cooperation, where part of the Work means (but not exclusively) security equipment, operational applications with a link to security equipment (hereinafter also referred to as "Equipment"), and for any future needs of the contracting authority to follow up on the supplied part of the Work with another Equipment of another contractor/manufacturer. Detailed specification of the subject of performance of the Public Contract is regulated in other parts of the tender documentation.
