What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the public contract is the supply of 700 sets of single-layer emergency suits for the EMS of the South Bohemian Region, including related services, in accordance with the technical specification set out in Annex 1 to these specifications during the years 2027-2028. The first part of the performance in the range of 600 sets will be delivered once, no later than 30.4.2027. The remaining 100 sets will be ordered by the client gradually according to their current needs during the effectiveness of the contract, in the form of individual partial orders. The minimum quantity per sub-order is 20 sets. The Supplier is obliged to deliver the ordered quantity no later than 90 days after the delivery of the respective order. … subject-matter of the public contract: - Free assessment of protective properties of emergency clothing throughout the period of its use, - Guarantee and post-warranty service of emergency suits, service and declaration of the method of repair, - Provision of individual size testing for selected members, including free orientation of atypical sizes (tailor-made clothes according to the assignment) without extra charge, at the place of destination by the customer (maximum 7 places – fire stations). - the possibility of replacing unused intervention clothing at an inappropriately selected size according to the requirements of the contracting authority, - the training of selected members of the contracting authority to carry out inspections and checks of delivered intervention clothing at the handover point.
