The subject-matter of the tendering procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the Act. The subject of the public contract is the supply of 20 (twenty) Midibus (Md) buses intended for public transport, which the contracting authority as a carrier operates under the Prague Integrated Transport (‘PID’) system.
