What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the public contract is to carry out a comprehensive repair of the roof trusses and roof cladding of the individual buildings of the castle, which are currently in poor technical condition. Existing, unsatisfactory roofing will be dismantled. At the same time, plumbing elements will be dismantled, especially chimneys, cover plates in contact with related objects, gutters, downpipes and boilers. Elements found to be compliant will be reused after the check. At the same time as the repair of the roofs, scaffolding will be used, even in difficult-to-access terrain, to repair the surviving plaster on the facades and to renovate staircases with non-functional waterproofing. The contracting authority does not accept variants of tenders.
