Art der Leistung Bauleistung im Bereich der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung zur Erweiterung der Elektroversorgungsanlagen in der Reinraumerweiterung der IHP GmbH Frankfurt (Oder). Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Errichtung und betriebsfertige Integration einer Online-USV-Anlage einschließlich der zugehörigen Niederspannungsverteilung, elektrotechnischen Infrastruktur, Kabeltragsysteme sowie der erforderlichen Mess-, Steuerungs- und Kommunikationsanbindungen. Ergänzend ist die erforderliche kältetechnische Versorgung einschließlich Klimaschrank und Anbindung an das bestehende Kältenetz herzustellen. Die Leistungen werden in die Fachlose Elektrotechnik und Kältetechnik aufgeteilt. Umfang der Leistung Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Lieferung, Einbringung, Montage, Installation, Anschluss, Prüfung, Inbetriebnahme und betriebsfertige Übergabe der für die Erweiterung der Elektroversorgung erforderlichen Anlagen und Komponenten. Im Einzelnen sind insbesondere folgende Leistungen auszuführen: Los 1 - Elektrotechnik Errichtung einer modularen Online-USV-Anlage mit Lithiumbatterien einschließlich der erforderlichen Leistungseinschübe und Systemkomponenten. Auslegung der USV-Anlage für einen späteren Vollausbau von 600 kVA bei einer vorgesehenen Anlagenleistung von 800 kVA. Ausführung der USV mit einer Mindestautonomiezeit von 5 Minuten und Ausfallredundanz gemäß n+1-Konzept.
