Die ausgeschriebenen Bedarfsmengen orientieren sich an den Verbrauchsmengen des Vorjahres. Diese kalkulierten Mengenangaben können je nach eigener Disposition der einzelnen Dienststellen und Einrichtungen nach oben oder unten abweichen. Es besteht seitens der Stadt Bielefeld keine Abnahmeverpflichtung. 2. Bestellung und Lieferung Es handelt sich um den voraussichtlichen Bedarf für 2 Jahre, der nach tatsächlichem Bedarf in monatlichen Teilmengen abgerufen wird. Der Abruf erfolgt durch den Umweltbetrieb (UWB). Die Lieferung hat frei Verwendungsstelle ohne Mindestbestellwert zu erfolgen an die Betriebsstätte Eckendorfer Str. 57, 33609 Bielefeld. 3. Liefertermin Die Anlieferung erfolgt innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Abruf und ist mit dem UWB abzustimmen. Der jeweils genaue Liefertermin ist frühzeitig mit der anfordernden Dienststelle abzustimmen. 4. Preisbindung Die Preisbindung gilt bis zum 30.11.2028. Bei der Preiskalkulation sind die sich ändernden Mautbedingungen zu berücksichtigen. 5. Rechnungsstellung Alle Rechnungen sind grundsätzlich in einfacher Ausführung mit quittierter Liefer-/Übergabebestätigung und unter Angabe der SAP-Bestellnummer des Umweltbetriebes (4500.....) zu übermitteln. - PDF-Rechnung an den Umweltbetrieb der Stadt Bielefeld Wird eine Rechnung im PDF-Format gesendet, so ist diese an das Funktionspostfach: [email protected] zu adressieren.
