1. Auftragsgegenstand Gegenstand des abzuschließenden Rahmenvertrages ist die Durchführung ordnungsbehördlicher Bestattungen gemäß § 20 Abs. 2 des Gesetzes über das Leichen-, Bestattungs- und Friedhofswesen im Land Brandenburg (Brandenburgisches Bestattungsgesetz - BbgBestG) in der jeweils geltenden Fassung. Der Auftrag umfasst Bestattungen von verstorbenen Personen, o die keine bestattungspflichtigen Angehörigen haben, o bei denen bestattungspflichtige Angehörige zwar grundsätzlich vorhanden sind, jedoch eine rechtzeitige Ermittlung vor Ablauf der gesetzlichen Bestattungsfrist gemäß § 19 BbgBestG nicht möglich oder aus Gründen der Gefahrenabwehr nicht zumutbar ist, o deren bestattungspflichtige Angehörige ihrer Bestattungspflicht nicht oder nicht rechtzeitig nachkommen. Der Auftraggeber beauftragt ausschließlich die zur ordnungsgemäßen und gesetzeskonformen Durchführung der Bestattung zwingend erforderlichen Leistungen. 3. Allgemeine Anforderungen an die Leistungserbringung 3.1 Ständige Erreichbarkeit und Reaktionszeit 1. Der Auftragnehmer gewährleistet eine telefonische Erreichbarkeit an 365 Tagen im Jahr, 24 Stunden täglich. 2.
