Art der Leistung Die Stadt Bergkamen beabsichtigt die Vergabe von Baumarbeiten in ihren Wäldern in Bergkamen-Oberaden. Ziel ist die Wiederherstellung der Verkehrssicherheit an den Waldrändern und der Waldwegen im jeweiligen Abschnitt. Umfang der Leistung Die Baumarbeiten verteilen sich auf 8 Wald-Abschnitte die alle in Oberaden liegen. Die einzelnen Abschnitte sind in Anlage 1 dargestellt. Je Abschnitt werden die Arbeiten in 3 Positionsarten unterschieden. Die zu bearbeitenden Bäume sind markiert. Die Legende zu den Markierungen findet sich in Anlage 2. Ergänzungen/ Abweichungen sind in den jeweiligen Titeln beschrieben. Aufmaß und Abrechnung: Es gilt immer der Stammdurchmesser in 1 m Stammhöhe. Bei mehrstämmigen Bäumen gilt die Summe des Stammdurchmessers der Stämmlinge in 1 m Höhe. Abgerechnet wird, wenn nicht anders beschrieben, nach Stück Baum. Aufmaße sind unmittelbar nach Bauausführung für jeden Abschnitt zu erstellen und dem AG vorzulegen / zu übermitteln. Die ausgeführten Leistungen sind zu dokumentieren. Diese Dokumentationen sind der Rechnung beizufügen.
