… phase 1 and phase 2 implementation under the broader development process of Digital Knowledge Portal. The portal shall be co-developed with MoRD, GIZ, NIC and nominated state/user representatives. The solution shall initially be hosted in a secure interim hosting environment and shall be designed to be portable, open-standard based, well-documented and migration-ready for future deployment within NIC/MoRD infrastructure.
