Im Auftrag der Techniker Krankenkasse soll der Küchenfußbodenaufbau auf einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 65 m² teilerneuert werden. Ziel der Maßnahme ist es, die für den Betrieb der Küche erforderlichen arbeitsschutztechnischen und hygienischen Anforderungen nachhaltig und wirtschaftlich sicherzustellen sowie gegenwärtig vorhandene Substanzschäden fachgerecht instand zu setzen (Substanzerhalt). Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Aufbringung einer Küchenabdichtung nach DIN 18534 in Kombination mit einem Beschichtungssystem auf Kunstharzbasis. Anstelle des im Bestand vorhandenen Fliesenbelags kommt zukünftig ein fugenloser Kunstharzbelag in Kombination mit einer Verbundabdichtung zur Ausführung. Das Bildungszentrum ist im Zeitraum vom 01. - 28.02.2027 geschlossen. Fertigstellungsfrist ist der 16.03.2027.
