Der Rheinradweg zwischen Bad Honnef und Königswinter wurde in einer anderen Baumaßnahme auf eine Strecke von ca. 350 m bereits erneuert. Nun soll in einer späteren Baumaßnahme in Anschluss an den neuen Geh- und Radweg auf ca. 155 m das Geländer ebenfalls und baugleich erneuert werden. Da auf einem ca. 40 m langen Teilstück die Uferböschung - Stickung aus Wasserbau-steinen - unterspült ist und wegzubrechen droht, ist hier die Böschung von der Basis aus neu aufzubauen.
