Под „сходни“ дейности с предмета на поръчката следва да се разбира доставка и/или внедряване на лиценз за специализиран софтуер, използван за инженерни, технически, научни, симулационни, аналитични или изследователски цели, независимо от конкретната сфера на приложение. Под „изпълнена дейност“ следва да се разбира такава, която е изпълнена/приключила/ в горепосочения тригодишен период, считано от датата на подаване на офертата, независимо от датата на сключване на договора.
