Tilaajalla on oikeus halutessaan käyttää kaksi yhden vuoden pituista optiokautta: ensimmäinen optiokausi 1.11.2028–31.10.2029 ja toinen optiokausi 1.11.2029–31.10.2030. Optiot ovat mahdollisuus jatkaa sopimuskautta. Tilaaja ilmoittaa option käyttämisestä Palveluntuottajalle kirjallisesti ennen kulloinkin voimassa olevan sopimuskauden päättymistä. Henkilö ei myöskään voi samanaikaisesti toimia Tilaajan palveluksessa virkasuhteessa ja palveluntuottajan ostopalvelusopimukseen perustuvassa tehtävässä tuottaen samaa palvelua Tilaajalle.
