… De studiefase voor de in scope zijnde kunstwerken in het RET Metronetwerk vormt de schakel tussen de programmatische risicoanalyse en de voorbereiding van concrete maatregelen. De resultaten worden gebruikt voor besluitvorming over onderhoud, herstel, versterking en vervanging en vormen waar nodig de basis voor vervolgende ontwerp- en realisatieopdrachten. Een vroegtijdig en betrouwbaar oordeel is essentieel, omdat complexe maatregelen een lange voorbereidingstijd, vergunningentrajecten en buitendienststellingen kunnen vragen.
