Върху монолитна стоманобетонна плоча е поставена циментова замазка и балатум. Констатирани са множество разлепени участъци от изолацията, разкъсвания и следи от течове от покрива.Влошеното състояние на хидроизолацията на покрива на сградата, води до просмукване на дъждовни води и компрометиране на конструктивни елементи. Мероприятията ще се извършват без прекъсване на експлоатацията на сградата и при благоприятни метеорологични условия. Ще бъде предоставено временно електрозахранване за нуждите на ремонта.
