Обектът на СМР: „Топлозахранване и абонатна станция за жилищна сграда с офиси и подземни гаражи находящи се в ПИ 68134.201.266, УПИ V - 266, кв. 87, м. „Лагера“, район „Красно село, гр. София.“, е трета категория строеж, съгласно чл. 137, ал. 1, т. 3 от ЗУТ. Строежът попада в трета група, съгласно Правилника за реда за вписване и водене на ЦПРС. Обстоятелствата, свързани със започване, изпълнение и приемане на СМР, и въвеждане на обекта в експлоатация се удостоверяват със съставяне и подписване от участниците на съответните актове и протоколи съобразно Наредба № 3 от 31.07.2003 г. за съставяне на актове и протоколи по време на строителството.
