През 2025 г. съществуващата в имота стопанска постройка е реконструирана в Център за обучение за посетители, което породи необходимостта от увеличаване мощността на електрозахранването от 6 kW на 50 kW.Техническият инвестиционен проект е изцяло съобразен със Становище за присъединяване на обект за потребление към електроразпределителната мрежа по реда на чл. 117, ал. 5 от ЗЕ и чл. 28, ал. 6 от Наредба№ 6/28.03.2024 г. за присъединяване на обекти към електрическите мрежи № ПУПРОК-11898/27.11.2025 г.Проектът предвижда изграждане на БКТП с трансформатор с мощност 160 kVA за обезпечаване нуждите от допълнителна мощност при бъдещо разширяване на зоокъта.
