… Vertrag: Durchführung von Bauplanungsleistungen der für das Fraunhofer IST Braunschweig - Sanierung Gebäude I 1.BA, Gesamtkosten KG 200-700 (ohne Erstausstattung) max. 10.800.000 netto (ohne Mehrwertssteuer). Die Umsetzung des Vorhabens erfolgt im ZBau-Verfahren inkl. Erstellung einer Antrags- und Bauunterlage sowie Wahrnehmung eines Konzeptgespräches mit den Zuwendungsgebern. Festpreisvertrag! Honorar gemäß HOAI entsprechend den Musterverträgen der RBBau. Stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen 2-4 und 5-8 HOAI entsprechend den Musterverträgen der RBBau.
