Die Transformatoren werden auf dem Gelände des neuzubauenden Umspannwerkes errichtet. Bestehende benachbarte Umspannwerke müssen während der gesamten Arbeiten in Betrieb bleiben. Grundsätzlich werden die Arbeitsbereiche vom Auftragnehmer (AN) geplant und vom AG mit einer Einweisung schriftlich freigegeben und gekennzeichnet. Der AG kann den Baubetrieb unterbrechen und hat jederzeit einen Zugang zu den Anlagen. Zum Lieferumfang gehören Lieferung und betriebsfertige Montage der Transformatoren. Eine Aufstellung sowie eine Beschreibung der vorgeschlagenen Ersatzteile, des Zubehörs und der Werkzeuge sind dem Angebot beizufügen, diese gehören zum Lieferumfang und die Kosten dafür sind im Angebot kalkuliert und im Angebotspreis enthalten. Bestandteil des Auftrages ist ebenfalls die Lieferung aller notwendigen Einrichtungen und Hebezeuge zur Durchführung aller Arbeiten.
