The contract aims to grant the exclusive use of the RESTAURANT-BAR located within the premises of the SWIMMING POOL, classified as public domain property, and situated at the MUNICIPAL SPORTS COMPLEX of this locality, for its operation, by means of an Administrative Concession modality, in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/1999, of September 29.
