The contract has as its object the provision of the comprehensive cleaning service for VIPASA offices and common areas of residential buildings managed by the entity, in the properties identified in the characteristics table and in the technical specifications document. Lot 6 is reserved for Special Employment Centers of social initiative and Insertion Companies.

El contrato tiene por objeto la prestación del servicio integral de limpieza de las oficinas de VIPASA y de las zonas comunes de edificios de viviendas gestionadas por la entidad, en los inmuebles identificados en el cuadro de características y en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas. 
 El Lote 6 se reserva a Centros Especiales de Empleo de iniciativa social y Empresas de Inserción.
