Note: This Dynamic Purchasing System is a continuation on the Mercell platform of the DPS that was previously operational on the Negometrix platform with Negometrix reference 159478 for which formal notice 2021/S 087-226573 was published on 5-May-2021 on the TED website. If your company was already qualified for participation on the Negometrix platform, a simplified procedure applies for re-establishing your qualification, see question 2.1 on the Mercell platform.
