What the buyer is looking for
Die Durchführung von ordnungsbehördlichen Bestattungen nach dem BestattG soll für die Dauer von zwei Jahren vergeben werden. Die Stadt Oldenburg (Oldb) hat in ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich als für den Sterbe- und Auffindungsort zuständige Gemeinde gem. § 8 Abs. 4 Nds. Bestattungsgesetz (BestattG) die Bestattung zu veranlassen, wenn niemand für die Bestattung sorgt. Gemäß § 10 Abs. 1 Satz 4 BestattG entscheidet die Stadt Oldenburg (Oldb) dabei über Art und Ort der Bestattung.
