Die HEAG mobilo GmbH beabsichtigt den Neubau einer Straßenbahnabstellanlage in der Arheilger Straße in Darmstadt-Nord mit einer Kapazität für 12 Fahrzeuge von 45-m-Länge. Die Abstellkapazitäten sollen zum Fahrplanwechsel im Dezember 2028 zur Verfügung stehen. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Planungsleistungen Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen über die Leistungsphasen 1 - 7 gemäß HOAI, die planungsbegleitende Vermessung (Ingenieurvermessung nach HOAI) sowie Projektsteuerungsleistungen. Der Planungsauftrag soll ab Auftragsvergabe bis ca. März 2028 abgeschlossen werden.
