What the buyer is looking for

Het doel van de RWS VeiligheidscultuurImpuls is om een team bewust te maken van hun ‘veiligheids-volwassenheid’, uitgedrukt op de veiligheidscultuurladder en in staat te stellen om deze te verbeteren door middel van het plan van aanpak. In essentie ligt de nadruk minder op ‘objectief’ vaststellen van het exacte niveau van de veiligheidscultuur (als dat al mogelijk is), maar meer op het op gang brengen van een proces. Via de VCI krijgen de teams handvatten om de veiligheidscultuur te verbeteren. Zie voor verdere informatie de aanbestedingsdocumenten.
