Predmet ovog postupka nabave je nabava usluge sistematskih pregleda službenika i namještenika Naručitelja, za ukupno 1.024 osobe, a sve sukladno Prilogu br. 1. ove Dokumentacije o nabavi - Opisu predmeta nabave. Člankom 54. stavkom 1. Kolektivnog ugovora za državne službenike i namještenike (Narodne novine, broj 56/22) propisano je da svi službenici i namještenici do 50 godina starosti svake 3 godine, a zaposlenici iznad 50 godina starosti svake 2 godine imaju pravo na sistematski pregled u vrijednosti od 160,00 EUR, a koje će se obavljati u zdravstvenim ustanovama iz mreže javne zdravstvene službe, u pravilu prema mjestu rada.
