Achizitia are drept obiect furnizarea de "Transformatoare de distributie de 1/0.4kV" in conformitate cu Caietul de sarcini si Anexele acestuia. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Raspunsul entitatii contractante la aceste solicitari va fi transmis in a 11-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in conformitate cu art. 173 din Legea 99/ 2016. Durata Contractului - se va incheia un contract cu durata de 24 luni.
