Sutartis galioja 24 mėn., bet ne ilgiau nei bus išnaudota Pradinės sutarties vertė. Jei per 24 mėn. nuo sutarties įsigaliojimo Pradinės sutarties vertė neišnaudojama, sutartis gali būti pratęsta 12 mėn., bet ne ilgiau nei bus išnaudota Pradinės sutarties vertė.
