Das ITZBund benötigt externe Unterstützung bei Entwicklungs- und Betriebsleistungen zur Erstellung eines Systems zur Umsetzung der Verordnung (EU) 2019/1239 des europäischen Parlaments und des Rates. Gegenstand der zu erbringenden Leistungen ist die Konzeption, Entwicklung, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung, sowie der Betrieb des IT-Systems "Maritime National Single Window" (MNSW). Ziel ist der Aufbau einer zukunftsfähigen, modularen Systemlandschaft, die die Anforderungen des Lastenhefts zu MNSW-System 1.0 erfüllt und gleichzeitig die Grundlage für zukünftige Erweiterungen bildet.
