Integratsiooni Sihtasutus tellib haridusprogrammi loomist ja selle pakkumist kultuuriasutustes vastavalt riigihanke tehnilisele kirjeldusele (vt AD lisa 1), võttes arvesse valitud riigihanke osa kirjeldust.
