Upphandlingen avser två ramavtal för konsulttjänster inom projektering och närliggande konsultinsatser inom hus samt mark och anläggning. De typer av projekt som kan komma att vara aktuella är de klassiska inom kommunal sektor, t.ex olika typer av vårdboenden, skolor, kontorslokaler, idrottsanläggningar, exploateringsområden samt gator, parker och torg. Upphandlingen är uppdelad i följande två avtalsområden: Område 1 - Hus Område 2 - Markanläggning Beställaren avser att teckna avtal med två (2) leverantörer, i rangordning, per avtalsområde.
