De gemeente Kerkrade (hierna te noemen: “Opdrachtgever”) wenst thans het vervangen van de aluminium gevelkozijnen voor Het Martin Buber aan één uitvoerende partij (hierna te noemen: “Opdrachtnemer”) aan te besteden middels een Europese openbare aanbesteding. De post gevelkozijnen omvat het compleet leveren, monteren, stellen, afwerken en bedrijfsklaar opleveren van alle aluminium gevelkozijnen, ramen en deuren, inclusief alle bijbehorende voorzieningen, materialen en werkzaamheden die noodzakelijk zijn voor een deugdelijke, complete en duurzame uitvoering.
