Die Wände werden als Holztafelwände (Fertigteile), die Decken als CLT Deckenkonstruktion, teilweise mit Rippen ausgebildet. Die Bekleidung der Holztafelwände erfolgt mit Gipsfaserplatten innen- und außenseitig. Die Decken liegen zusätzlich auf Stützen und Unterzügen aus Furnierschichtholz bzw-Brettholz auf.
