Acordul cadru poate fi modificat prin act aditional pe durata de valabilitate al acestuia, cu acordul ambelor parti, in conformitate cu art. 221 din Legea 98/2016, modificata. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 15. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatii suplimentare in a 10-a zi, inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
