Die GLT wird über ein bestehendes System der Stadt Münster abgebildet und ist entsprechend zu erweitern. Es sind nur die Fabrikate DEOS, Kieback&Peter und Schneider Electric zur Angebotsabgabe zugelassen. Gemäß Gebäudeleitlinien AIM Münster 2020
