What the buyer is looking for

Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à prix mixte, conclu pour une durée d'un an qui court à compter du 1er décembre 2026, ou sa date de notification si postérieure . L'accord-cadre est reconductible trois fois par période d'un an. La durée totale des marchés ne pouvant excéder 4 ans L'accord-cadre est alloti en deux lots, répartis comme suit : - Lot n° 1 : La capture et ramassage d'animaux errants, et/ou dangereux, et/ou blessés, et/ou morts sur le domaine public - Lot n°2 : L'accueil en fourrière des animaux errants, et/ou dangereux, et/ou blessés Le lot n° 1 sera traité à prix unitaire sur la base d'un bordereau de prix au regard du volume des prestations fluctuants d'une année à l'autre. Le lot n°2 sera traité à prix forfaitaire.
