What the buyer is looking for
Le projet vise à restructurer les ailes Est (Urologie) et Nord (Plastie) du R+2 afin d'accueillir ces deux services dans des locaux rénovés et modernisés. Les travaux se déroulent en site occupé, dans un établissement recevant du public de type U (établissement de soins). Le phasage prévoit une intervention successive sur l'aile Est puis l'aile Nord afin de limiter les interruptions d'activité hospitalière. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires
