Ausgeschrieben ist die gesamte Baustelleneinrichtung mit samt Verkehrssicherung, der Baumschutz von insgesamt 43 Bäumen mit Umfängen von 0,2 - 6,0 m inklusive der Baumpflege, das Herstellen und Abbauen einer 230qm großen Baustraße, Abbruchmaßnahmen von Sträuchern und Bäumen sowie 100qm Erdarbeiten und Bodenbeprobungen. Hinzu kommt eine Kampfmittelsondierung der gesamten Fläche BA03 sowie die dazugehörige Tiefgründung.
