What the buyer is looking for
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług Serwisu Urządzeń wskazanych w SOPZ, obejmujących przeglądy, naprawy, diagnostykę, usuwanie Awarii i Usterek oraz zapewnienie wsparcia technicznego zgodnie z Umową i SOPZ. 2. W ramach świadczenia usługi Serwisu Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do: 1) wykonywania rocznych przeglądów prewencyjno - konserwacyjnych Urządzeń; 2) Usuwania Awarii / Usterek; 3) zapewnienia Zamawiającemu czynnego całą dobę telefonu hot-line, służącego do porad technicznych i konsultacji. 3. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia zawarty jest w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
