Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę następującego sprzętu: 1) Serwer do obsługi placówki POZ – 1 kpl. 2) Serwer plików typu NAS z dyskami do pracy ciągłej – 1 kpl. 3) Zasilacz awaryjny typu Online – 1 szt. 4) Switch z funkcją routera - 2 szt. 5) Komputer All in One - 10 szt. 6) Laserowe urządzenie wielofunkcyjne – drukarka/kopiarka/skaner – 1 szt. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia / Formularz rzeczowy stanowi jednolicie załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Dokument obligatoryjnie Wykonawca winien złożyć wraz z ofertą.
