The contract shall have as its purpose to list and describe the basic and necessary elements to complete the existing resources in order to become self-sufficient in meeting the technical needs of most of the cultural activities that are developed annually in the municipality.

El contrato tendrá por objeto enumerar y describir los elementos básicos y necesarios para completar los recursos ya existentes con el fin de llegar a ser autosuficientes a la hora de cubrir las necesidades técnicas de la mayoría de las actividades culturales que se desarrollan anualmente en el municipio.
