The present contract has as its object the execution of works for "PROJECT FOR THE REHABILITATION OF LA PANERA BUILDING. PHASE 1", in accordance with the Technical Project prepared by the architecture firm LNG Arquitectos SLP, the needs to be met with this contract are set out in the project and in the justification report that are contained in the file.

El presente contrato tiene por objeto la ejecución de las obras de ”PROYECTO DE REHABILITACION DE EDIFICIO LA PANERA. FASE 1”, conforme al Proyecto Técnico redactado por el estudio de arquitectura LNG Arquitectos SLP, las necesidades a satisfacer con el presente contrato se recogen en el proyecto y en la memoria justificativa que constan en el expediente.
