What the buyer is looking for

The PST program seeks the services of a consulting firm to provide technical experts under different short-term expert (STE) pools, which can be deployed according to the project proposals and operational plans of each project country. The services will be delivered mainly by short-term experts in form of technical and administrative services for the development and implementation of specific trade facilitation measures in partner countries. The services also cover cross-cutting areas such as stakeholder engagement, workshop and training facilitation, and process management. Specifically, in the context of the respective in-country project workplans, the experts are foreseen to provide expertise in technical fields aimed at change management and capacity building of the respective identified border agencies.
