Das Gebäude steht als Kulturdenkmal unter Denkmalschutz. Nachdem es seit 2019 leer steht, soll es nun als Verwaltungsstandort umgenutzt werden. So wird die Stadt Bad Soden am Taunus einen großen Teil ihrer Stadtverwaltung in das dreigeschossige Medico-Palais umziehen. Dachdeckerarbeiten: • Neudeckung Dachfläche mit Schiefer • Montage Wartungssteg und Absturzsicherung
