Bei den ausgeschriebenen Leistungen handelt es sich um die Lüftungsanlagen für das BV GVM Grundschule, Ploggenseering 64-68, 23936 Grevesmühlen (ca. 3563 m² BGF), Gebäudegrundfläche ca. 60m x 18m, dreigeschossig mit Staffelgeschoß. Für die größeren Sanitärbereiche (8 Stück) ist eine zentrale Lüftungsanlage vorgesehen. Die kleineren Sanitärräume (6 Stück) und die Hausanschlussräume werden über eine separate Abluftanlage entlüftet. Der Batterieraum erhält eine eigenständige, von den vorgenannten Anlagen getrennte Abluftanlage, inkl. einer Klima-Multi- Split-Anlage auf dem Dach.
